Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 22, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pinnacle Training Group website and any website pages relating to the Leasing Industry Foundations & Training (LIFT). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Website Purpose
The website provides general information about Pinnacle Training Group, LIFT, training opportunities, eligibility, employer and community partnerships, and related services. Website content is provided for informational purposes and may be updated or changed at any time.
2. Program Information and Eligibility
Program dates, schedules, curriculum, locations, eligibility criteria, application requirements, instructors, credential-preparation activities, funding arrangements, and other program details may change. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission, enrollment, funding, completion, employment, or any other outcome.
Applicants and participants are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information. Pinnacle may request documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, identity, enrollment information, or compliance with program requirements.
3. Employment and Employer Connections
LIFT is designed to prepare participants for entry-level career opportunities in residential property management. Pinnacle may provide career-readiness support and opportunities to connect with participating employers or placement partners. Pinnacle does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, compensation, placement, or continued employment. Hiring decisions are made independently by employers.
4. CALP Preparation and External Credentials
LIFT may include preparation related to the Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) credential offered through the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI). Participation in or completion of LIFT does not itself award the CALP credential and does not guarantee eligibility for, passage of, or receipt of any external credential. Credential requirements, testing, scheduling, fees, and policies are established by the applicable credentialing organization and may change.
5. Applications, Forms, and Communications
When you submit an application, employer partner form, contact form, or other information through the website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You also agree that Pinnacle may contact you regarding your inquiry, application, participation, partnership interest, or related program matters using the contact information you provide.
Any background screening or similar process may be subject to separate disclosures, authorizations, consents, or terms. Nothing in these Terms replaces any separate notice or authorization required by applicable law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems, submit false or fraudulent information, introduce malicious code, use automated means to disrupt the site, or use website content in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website's text, branding, logos, graphics, program materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Pinnacle Training Group and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use website content for personal, noncommercial informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may link to third-party websites, organizations, resources, credentialing bodies, employers, or service providers. These links are provided for convenience and information. Pinnacle does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, products, services, or policies.
9. No Warranties
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all website content will always be complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or current. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pinnacle Training Group and its officers, employees, agents, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
11. Privacy
Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for information about how we may collect, use, disclose, and protect information.
